AUXEL FTG announces its acquisition by Amphenol Global Interconnect Systems Group (AGIS)
On the 20th of July 2016, Auxel FTG’s direction announced the company was acquired by Amphenol Global Interconnect Systems Group (AGIS).

AUXEL FTG, with its two brands AUXEL and FTG, today Amphenol AUXEL FTG is a division of the Amphenol Global Interconnect Systems Group (AGIS).
Being a division of AUXEL FTG, AUXEL, established in Gondecourt, France in 1986, was already benefiting from its partnership with various design and manufacturing units:
- FTG’s competence center, specialized in Electrical Equipment since 1962 and located in Triberg, Germany.
- A competence center in Shanghai, China with design and manufacturing units serving both Low Voltage and Power Electronics needs.
- A competence center in Bengaluru, India with design and manufacturing unit serving Power Electronics needs.
Today, this new partnership creates more sharing of experiences, expertise and research between all competence centers. As a consequence, Amphenol AUXEL stimulates innovation, develops new cost effective solutions, offers wider solutions to its customers and opens its activities to new markets.
